- There is a maximum of one entry per unique itemised till receipt/proof of purchase. - There is 1 trip to France to be won. The prize is to the Dordogne region of France for four and includes:
- Return economy flights from Helsinki to Bordeaux (direct services only).
- 5-night accommodation in a Gîte rental (minimum of 2-bedrooms), self catering basis (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary depending on the tickets received).
- €500 (five hundred Euro) spending money in total (to cover lunches and dinners, intra-city transport) paid via bank transfer to the winner's bank account held at a Finnish bank.
- OPTIONAL: Standard mid-size car hire for the duration of the stay with comprehensive travel Insurance In the name of one of the travelling party (the "Designated Driver"). If the winner takes up the car hire then the Designated Driver of the hire car must have held a full valid driving licence for 12 months or more. The Designated Driver must be aged over 25 years. The Designated Driver must take their original license to present to the car hire company, photocopies will not be accepted. - Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. - It is the winner’s responsibility to organise their own transport from their home/location to the departure airport in Finland and back from the arrival airport upon their return. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winner and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money beyond the €500 provided, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.
- It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements as set out here:
- The booking cannot be changed (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for the travel/hotel/event operator. These fees are the responsibility of the winner.
- All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time.
- Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or supplemented.
- Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to France.
- Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
- The winner and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.

Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable).
- The winner and their guest agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.
- Prize elements, including air travel provider and hotel, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the flight availability to France.
- The Promoter will not be liable to winner or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of travelling to or attending the trip.
- Winner Selection: The winner and two reserves will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the end of the Promotion Period.
- Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 7 (seven) days of the end of the Promotion Period. Then, also during the Promotion Period, scan the QR code on pack instore or visit the website on www.100yearsgreengiant.com, select your country of residence from the drop down menu and complete the entry form by providing the following information:
- First name;
- Last name;
- Email address; and
- Upload an image of your itemised till receipt or proof of purchase showing purchase of a Qualifying Product.
Then, submit your entry by (1) consenting to these terms and conditions, (2) acknowledging that your personal data will be processed by the Promoter in order to administer the promotion and (3) clicking the ‘ENTER’ button to be entered into the prize draw.
- There is a maximum of one entry per unique itemised till receipt/proof of purchase. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same itemised till receipt or proof of purchase more than once they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
- Entrants should retain each of their original itemised till receipts/proof of purchase as these will be required to validate a winning claim. Receipts/proof of purchase must pre-date the time of entry and be within the Promotion Period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) the Promoter has reason to believe is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter also reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
- Prize
There is 1 trip to France to be won. The prize is to the Dordogne region of France for four and includes:
- Return economy flights from Stockholm to Bordeaux (direct services only).
- A 5-night accommodation in a Gîte rental (minmimum of 2-bedrooms), self catering basis (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary depending on the tickets received).
- €500 (five hundred) spending money in total (to cover lunches and dinners, intra-city transport) paid via bank transfer to the winner's bank account held at a Swedish bank.
- OPTIONAL Standard mid-size car hire for the duration of the stay with comprehensive travel Insurance In the name of one of the travelling party (the "Designated Driver"). If the winner takes up the car hire then the Designated Driver of the hire car must have held a full valid driving licence for 12 months or more. The Designated Driver must be aged over 25 years. The Designated Driver must take their original license to present to the car hire company, photocopies will not be accepted. The Designated Driver will need a current and valid credit card to collect the car for security deposit purposes and the credit card must be in the name of Designated Driver.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize).
- Travel dates are set by the Promoter and must take place before 31st December 2027 excluding excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all French bank holidays. All dates offered are subject to availability. Flights schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.
- The winner will be required to submit preferred dates of travel with at least 6 weeks' notice before travel and all dates are strictly subject to availability.
- Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their availability to travel and that they have a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport from the date of travel, visa (if required) and right to travel to France.
- The winner (and their guests) are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in Dordogne, France and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to organise their own transport from their home/location to the departure airport in Sweden and back from the arrival airport upon their return. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include any other costs that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
- It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements as set out here:
- The booking cannot be changed (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for the travel/hotel/event operator. These fees are the responsibility of the winner.
- All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time.
- Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or supplemented.
- Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to France.
- Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
- The winner and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.
- No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winner and/or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guest.
- The winner and guests are responsible for complying with all health, safety, and travel requirements applicable at the time of travel, which may include vaccinations, testing, quarantine, or other protocols mandated by relevant authorities or travel providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable).
- The winner and their guest agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.
- Prize elements, including air travel provider and accomodation, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the flight availability to France.
- The Promoter will not be liable to winner or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of travelling to or attending the trip.
- Winner Selection: The winner and two reserves will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the end of the Promotion Period.
- Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 7 (seven) days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be the first entry electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and will be notified by email associated with the winning entry on or before 14th January 2027.
- If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 (fourteen) days, their Prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted. The process will continue until the prize has been awarded, or both reserves have been contacted, whichever comes sooner.
- The Promoter will share the winner's contact details with its travel partner who will fulfil all flight and accommodation and will liaise directly with winner. The winner will also be requested to share their bank account details to receive the spending money payment.
- The winner will be required to confirm their and their selected guests’: first name, last name, email address, passport details and any other necessary information for fulfilment purposes via the winner notification.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on claiming a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winner failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their prize.

- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrant, including their age (via means of appropriate photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
- Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to modify or suspend any relevant element of the Promotion as it deems necessary with no liability to entrants or third parties. In these circumstances, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of: (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any problems associated with internet or communication networks due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

Under kampanjperioden ska du därefter skanna QR-koden på förpackningen i butik eller besöka webbplatsen på , välja ditt bosättningsland i förteckningen och fylla i anmälningsformuläret genom att ange följande uppgifter:

Därefter skickas ditt deltagande in genom att (1) godkänna dessa Allmänna villkor, (2) bekräfta att dina personuppgifter kommer att behandlas av Arrangören i syfte att administrera kampanjen och (3) klicka på knappen "DELTA" för att delta i vinstutlottningen.

Endast ett deltagande per unikt kvitto eller annat köpebevis är tillåtet. Om en deltagare försöker delta med flera identiteter eller skickar in flera deltaganden med samma kvitto eller köpebevis mer än en gång, kommer deltagaren att diskvalificeras och eventuell vinst att förverkas. Arrangören äger rätt att, med ensam beslutanderätt, avgöra om en deltagare redan har deltagit samt att diskvalificera ytterligare deltaganden eller rätt till vinst.

Arrangören kan även, med ensam beslutanderätt, diskvalificera deltagare som:
- Arrangören har anledning att tro har brutit mot dessa Allmänna villkor; och/eller
- påverkar eller stör Kampanjens administration, säkerhet, rättvisa, integritet eller korrekta genomförande; och/eller
- Arrangören har anledning att tro ägnar sig åt någon form av olagligt eller annat otillbörligt beteende som kan äventyra ett rättvist och korrekt genomförande av Kampanjen.
Arrangören förbehåller sig även rätten att vidta rättsliga åtgärder för att kräva ersättning eller annan kompensation från sådan deltagare.

Vinst
En (1) resa till Frankrike lottas ut. Vinsten avser en resa för fyra personer till Dordogne-regionen i Frankrike och inkluderar:- Tur- och returbiljetter i ekonomiklass från Stockholm till Bordeaux (endast direktflyg).
- Fem (5) nätters boende i ett gîte-boende (minst två sovrum), exkluderat måltider (in- och utcheckningstider kan variera beroende på bokade flygtider).
- € 500 (femhundra euro) i fickpengar totalt (för att täcka luncher och middagar samt lokala transporter), utbetalas via banköverföring till vinnarens bankkonto i Sverige.
- VALFRITT: Standardbil i mellanklass under hela vistelsen samt heltäckande reseförsäkring i en av resenärernas namn (den "Utsedda föraren"). Om vinnaren väljer att utnyttja bilhyran ska den Utsedda föraren ha innehaft ett giltigt körkort i minst tolv (12) månader och vara över 25 år. Den Utsedda föraren ska uppvisa sitt originalkörkort vid uthämtning av bilen, kopior eller fotografier godtas inte. Den Utsedda föraren måste ha ett giltigt kreditkort i sitt namn för deposition vid uthämtning av bilen.
Vinsten kan inte bytas, överlåtas eller återbetalas och kan inte lösas in mot kontanter, vare sig helt eller delvis. Vinsten ska accepteras i befintligt skick och får endast utnyttjas av den angivna vinnaren. Ingen alternativ vinst erbjuds, vare sig helt eller delvis (utom i de fall Arrangören, med ensam beslutanderätt, bedömer det skäligt nödvändigt att tillhandahålla en alternativ vinst).

Resedatum fastställs av Arrangören och resan ska genomföras senast den 31 december 2027. Resan kan inte genomföras under jul, påsk eller under EU helgdagar. Samtliga datum erbjuds i mån av tillgänglighet. Flygtider kan komma att ändras utan att detta meddelas i förväg. Arrangören ansvarar inte för inställda arrangemang, missade aktiviteter eller uppkomna kostnader till följd av inställda eller försenade flyg eller försenade marktransporter.

Vinnaren ska ange önskade resedatum senast sex (6) veckor före avresa. Samtliga datum är strikt beroende av tillgänglighet.

Pass och visum är vinnarens ansvar och bekostas av vinnaren. Arrangören kan inte hållas ansvarig om vinnaren eller någon i resesällskapet inte erhåller nödvändiga resehandlingar. Det är vinnarens ansvar att säkerställa att resan kan genomföras samt att passet är giltigt i minst sex (6) månader från avresedatum, att eventuellt visum innehas och att samtliga krav för inresa till Frankrike uppfylls.

Vinnaren (och dennes medresenärer) ansvarar för att säkerställa att de har ett adekvat och tillräckligt reseskydd samt sjukförsäkring under resan och vistelsen i Dordogne, Frankrike, samt för samtliga kostnader som är förknippade med att teckna sådan försäkring.

Det är vinnarens ansvar att själv ordna transport från sin bostad eller vistelseort till avreseflygplatsen i Sverige samt transport från ankomstflygplatsen efter hemkomst. För tydlighets skull omfattar Vinsten inte några andra kostnader än de som uttryckligen anges i dessa Allmänna villkor och varken Arrangören eller någon leverantör av någon del av Vinsten ansvarar för sådana kostnader.

Det är vinnarens och dennes medresenärers ansvar att säkerställa att samtliga nödvändiga resekrav som anges nedan uppfylls:
- Bokningen kan inte ändras (t.ex. avseende datum, namn på resenärer m.m.) utan att administrations- eller avbokningsavgifter uppkommer hos rese-, hotell- eller arrangörsleverantör. Sådana avgifter bekostas av vinnaren.
- Samtliga delar av Vinsten ska utnyttjas vid samma tillfälle.
- När bokning har genomförts kan Vinsten inte ändras eller kompletteras.
- Vinnaren ansvarar för att uppfylla samtliga medicinska krav (inklusive vaccinationer) samt att inneha nödvändiga handlingar i enlighet med vad som gäller för resa till Frankrike.
- Bonuspoäng eller motsvarande inom flygbonusprogram ingår inte i Vinsten.
- Vinnaren och dennes medresenärer ska resa tillsammans, inklusive resa med samma flyg samt boende på samma plats, och ska inneha alla nödvändiga resehandlingar, inklusive visum och giltiga pass, i den mån sådana krävs.
- Ingen ersättning eller alternativa researrangemang kommer att erbjudas om vinnaren och/eller dennes medresenärer missar avresan eller hemresan, eller underlåter att uppfylla incheckningskrav av någon anledning. Samtliga kostnader i sådana fall bärs uteslutande av vinnaren och dennes medresenärer.
- Vinnaren och dennes medresenärer ansvarar för att följa samtliga hälso-, säkerhets- och resekrav som gäller vid tidpunkten för resan, vilket kan innefatta vaccinationer, tester, karantän eller andra åtgärder som krävs av behöriga myndigheter eller reseleverantörer. Samtliga kostnader som hänför sig till detta bekostas av vinnaren och dennes resesällskap (i tillämpliga fall).
- Vinnaren och dennes medresenärer åtar sig att följa samtliga lokala lagar och förordningar under vistelsen.

Vinstens delar, inklusive val av flygbolag och boende, fastställs av Arrangören med ensam beslutanderätt. Samtliga researrangemang är beroende av tillgänglighet och kan vara beroende av tillgång till vissa biljettklasser hos flygbolag eller specifika rumskategorier hos boendeleverantör. Avreseflygplats fastställs utifrån tillgängliga flyg till Frankrike.

Arrangören ansvarar inte gentemot vinnaren eller dennes medresenärer för några kostnader, skador, personskador eller förluster som uppstår till följd av resan eller deltagande i resan.

Vinnarurval: Vinnaren samt två (2) reserver utses genom slumpmässigt urval med hjälp av en slumpgenerator bland de personer som har lämnat giltiga deltaganden och som mottagits senast vid Kampanjperiodens slut.

Meddelande till vinnare och tillhandahållande av vinst: Vinstutlottningen genomförs inom sju (7) dagar från Kampanjperiodens slut. Vinnaren är det första deltagande som slumpmässigt dras elektroniskt bland samtliga korrekt inskickade deltaganden i enlighet med dessa Allmänna villkor. Vinnaren meddelas via den epostadress som är kopplad till det vinnande deltagandet senast den 14 januari 2027.

Om vinnaren inte svarar på meddelandet inom fjorton (14) dagar, förfaller Vinsten och en reservvinnare kontaktas. Förfarandet fortsätter till dess att Vinsten har tilldelats eller att båda reserverna har kontaktats, beroende på vilket som inträffar först.

Arrangören kommer att vidarebefordra vinnarens kontaktuppgifter till sin resepartner, som ansvarar för bokning av flyg och boende samt kontaktar vinnaren direkt. Vinnaren kommer även att ombes lämna sina bankuppgifter för att erhålla utbetalningen av fickpengar.

Vinnaren ska i samband med vinstmeddelandet bekräfta sina egna och de valda medresenärernas för- och efternamn, epostadress, passuppgifter samt annan nödvändig information för att möjliggöra tillhandahållandet av Vinsten.

Det är deltagarens ansvar att vid deltagande i Kampanjen samt vid mottagande av vinst lämna korrekta och aktuella uppgifter. Arrangören kan inte hållas ansvarig om vinnaren lämnar felaktiga uppgifter som påverkar leveransen av Vinsten.

Vinnarens personuppgifter kommer inte att användas för marknadsföringsändamål och kommer inte att lämnas ut till tredje part, förutom i den mån det är nödvändigt för att tillhandahålla Vinsten eller om du har samtyckt till att ta emot sådan marknadsföring (som kan återkallas när som helst). Deltaganden (oavsett om de skickas in i större antal eller på annat sätt) från företag, konsumentgrupper eller tredje part godtas inte. Om det framkommer att en deltagare använder dator(er) för att kringgå detta villkor, till exempel genom användning av skript, automatiserade metoder, manipulering av IPadresser, användning av andra identiteter än sin egen eller andra liknande metoder i syfte att öka antalet deltaganden på ett sätt som strider mot Kampanjens syfte, kommer deltagarens deltaganden att diskvalificeras och eventuell vinst att ogiltigförklaras.

Arrangören förbehåller sig rätten att verifiera varje deltagare, inklusive dennes ålder (genom exempelvis giltig fotolegitimation), innan en Vinst tilldelas, samt att vägra tilldela eller återkalla rätten till Vinst om det finns rimliga skäl att anta att dessa Allmänna villkor eller instruktioner som utgör en del av Kampanjen har överträtts.

Ofullständiga, otillåtna, felriktade eller ogiltiga deltaganden, eller deltaganden som inte överensstämmer med dessa Allmänna villkor, godtas inte. Bevis på att ett deltagande har skickats utgör inte bevis på att det har mottagits.

Om Kampanjen av någon anledning inte kan genomföras som planerat på grund av omständigheter utanför Arrangörens kontroll (inklusive men inte begränsat till manipulering, otillåten påverkan, bedrägeri eller tekniska fel) som påverkar Kampanjens administration, säkerhet, rättvisa, integritet eller korrekta genomförande, förbehåller sig Arrangören rätten att, i enlighet med tillämplig lag, ändra eller avbryta relevanta delar av Kampanjen i den utsträckning som anses nödvändig, utan ansvar gentemot deltagare eller tredje man.

Arrangören ansvarar inte för skador, förluster eller personskador som en deltagare drabbas av i samband med deltagande i Kampanjen eller till följd av att en Vinst accepteras. Ingenting i denna bestämmelse begränsar dock Arrangörens ansvar för:
- dödsfall eller personskada som uppstått till följd av Arrangörens egen vårdslöshet; eller
- ansvar som uppstår till följd av Arrangörens bedrägeri.

Om en handling, underlåtenhet, händelse eller omständighet inträffar som ligger utanför Arrangörens rimliga kontroll och som hindrar Arrangören från att uppfylla dessa Allmänna villkor, ansvarar Arrangören inte för underlåtenhet eller dröjsmål med att uppfylla sina åtaganden.

Arrangören ansvarar inte för deltaganden som försenas, är ofullständiga eller går förlorade av tekniska skäl eller av annan anledning. Arrangören ansvarar inte heller för problem som är hänförliga till internet- eller kommunikationsnätverk, exempelvis till följd av trafikbelastning, tekniska fel eller andra liknande omständigheter.

Om någon av dessa bestämmelser skulle anses vara olaglig, ogiltig eller på annat sätt inte kunna göras gällande, ska den bestämmelsen inte tillämpas, utan att det påverkar giltigheten av övriga bestämmelser, vilka fortsatt ska gälla fullt ut.

På dessa Allmänna villkor tillämpas svensk lag. Tvister som uppstår med anledning av dessa Allmänna villkor ska avgöras av svensk domstol.
Kampanjaehdot
Järjestäjä ja rekisterinpitäjä:

Palkinto:
5 000 GBP. Kampanjan järjestäjä maksaa arpajaisveron 30 % palkinnon arvon perusteella. Palkinnon kokonaisarvo on 5 000 GBP (autonvuokra - 565 GBP).
- Kampanjaan voivat osallistua 18 vuotta täyttäneet, Suomessa pysyvästi asuvat luonnolliset henkilöt. Osallistujilla on oltava toimiva Internet-yhteys ja voimassa oleva sähköpostiosoite sekä suomalainen pankkitili palkinnon lunastamiseksi.
- Tähän kampanjaan eivät saa osallistua Järjestäjän työntekijät ja heidän lähisukulaiset, yhteistyökumppanit eivätkä kampanjan suunnitteluun tai toteutukseen osallistuneet tahot, kuten mainos- ja PR-toimistot, palkintojen toimittajat sekä juristit. Näissä kampanjaehdoissa “lähisukulaisiksi” luetaan Järjestäjän työntekijöiden vanhemmat, sisarukset, lapset, avio- tai avopuolisot sekä asuinkumppanit.
- Kampanjaan osallistuminen edellyttää tuotteen ostoa, ja ostokuitti on säilytettävä todisteena ostosta.
- Kampanja-aika: kampanja alkaa 1.8.2026 kello 00.01 ja päättyy 31.12.2026 kello 23.59.
Osallistuminen: Osta kampanja-aikana Green Giant ORIGINAL EXTRA CRISPY 3 x 160 g ("Kampanjaosallistumiseen oikeuttava ostos"). Säilytä kuitti, jonka erittelystä käy ilmi Kampanjaosallistumiseen oikeuttava ostos. Sen jälkeen, mutta kampanja-aikana, skannaa pakkauksessa oleva QR-koodi joko myymälässä tai kampanjasivustolla . Valitse alasvetovalikosta asuinmaasi ja täytä osallistumislomakkeeseen seuraavat tiedot:

Hyväksy tämän jälkeen (1) nämä kampanjaehdot ja että (2) Järjestäjä käsittelee henkilötietojasi kampanjaan osallistumista varten. Lopuksi (3) klikkaa "LÄHETÄ"-painiketta osallistuaksesi arvontaan.
- Kullakin ostokuitilla saa osallistua arvontaan vain kerran. Yritykset osallistua arvontaan samalla kuitilla useammin kuin kerran taikka vilpillisten/tekaistujen henkilötietojen käyttö johtavat osallistujan hylkäämiseen kampanjasta ja mahdollisen voiton mitätöintiin. Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden harkintansa mukaan arvioida, onko henkilö jo kertaalleen osallistunut, ja evätä arvontaan osallistumisen tai palkinnon voittamisen.
- Voiton voi lunastaa vain alkuperäistä, kampanja-aikana päivättyä kuittia vastaan, joten osallistujien on säilytettävä alkuperäiset tositteet, joissa ostotapahtumat näkyvät eriteltyinä.
- Järjestäjällä on oikeus pyytää jokaista voittajaa todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä, ikänsä ja osoitteensa, ja hylätä voitto, jos on perusteltua syytä epäillä, että näitä kampanjaehtoja on rikottu. Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden myös harkintansa mukaan sulkea kampanjan ulkopuolelle osallistujan, jonka: (a) Järjestäjä katsoo rikkoneen näitä kampanjaehtoja; ja/tai (b) vaarantaneen tai häirinneen kampanjan hallinnointia, turvallisuutta, oikeudenmukaisuutta, luotettavuutta tai asianmukaista toteuttamista; ja/tai (c) syyllistyneen lainvastaiseen tai muuhun sopimattomaan toimintaan, joka on omiaan vaarantamaan kampanjan oikeudenmukaisen ja asiallisen toteuttamisen. Lisäksi Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden vaatia vahingonkorvausta lain sallimissa rajoissa.
- Palkintona on matka neljälle hengelle Ranskaan, Dordognen alueelle. Palkintoon sisältyy:
- Menopaluulennot Helsinki–Bordeaux (vain suorat) turistiluokassa.
- Viiden yön majoitus lomamökissä (Gîte rental), jossa on ainakin 2 makuuhuonetta ja joka toimii itsepalveluperiaatteella (saapumis- ja lähtöpäivät riippuvat matkavarauksen päivämääristä).
- 500 € (viisisataa euroa) käyttörahaa kattamaan lounas- ja illalliskuluja sekä paikallista kulkemista kaupungin sisällä. Käyttöraha maksetaan pankkisiirrolla voittajan suomalaiselle pankkitilille.
- VALINNAINEN LISÄETU: keskikokoinen standard-luokan vuokra-auto (+ vahinkokovakuutus) matkan ajaksi. Mikäli voittaja haluaa matkan ajaksi käyttöönsä auton, sen vuokraa omalla nimellään seurueeseen kuuluva, yli 25-vuotias "Nimetty kuljettaja". Hänellä tulee olla täyden ajo-oikeuden takaava ajokortti, joka on myönnetty vähintään 12 kuukautta aiemmin. Vain virallinen ajokortti oikeuttaa vuokraamaan auton, kopio ei kelpaa. Nimetyllä kuljettajalla on oltava myös voimassa oleva luottokortti, jotta vuokraamo voi tehdä katevarauksen vakuutena mahdollisille lisäkuluille.
Palkintoja ei voi vaihtaa tai siirtää, niistä ei voi saada hyvitystä eikä niitä voi kokonaan tai osittain muuttaa rahaksi. Vain nimetyllä voittajalla on oikeus lunastaa palkinto, ja palkinto on hyväksyttävä sellaisenaan. Vaihtoehtoista palkintoa ei ole osittain tai kokonaan (paitsi jos Järjestäjä näkee tarpeelliseksi tarjota vaihtoehtoisen palkinnon).
- Järjestäjä päättää lopullisen matkustusajankohdan, jonka on oltava viimeistään 31.12.2027, poislukien joulu, pääsiäinen ja EU:n arkipyhät. Lopullinen ajankohta riippuu varaustilanteesta. Muutokset lentoaikatauluihin ilman etukäteisilmoitusta ovat mahdollisia. Kampanjan Järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa, jos lennon tai muulla liikennevälineellä tehdyn matkaosuuden myöhästyminen tai peruuntuminen aiheuttaa kustannuksia voittajalle tai tämän seurueelle tai myöhästymisen jostakin sovitusta tapahtumasta tai tilaisuudesta.
- Voittajan on ilmoitettava toiveensa matka-ajankohdasta vähintään 6 viikkoa ennen matkaa. Matkan lopullinen ajankohta riippuu täysin saatavuudesta ja varaustilanteesta.
- Palkinnon voittaja vastaa itse passin ja viisumin hankinnasta ja kuluista. Kampanjan järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa, jos palkinnon voittaja tai hänen seurueensa jäsen ei huolehdi tarvittavista matkustusasiakirjoista. Palkinnon voittajan vastuulla on varmistaa, että matkapäivät sopivat seurueelle ja että kaikilla on matkan alkamispäivästä laskettuna vähintään kuusi kuukautta voimassa oleva passi, sekä viisumi, mikäli sellainen vaaditaan, ja oikeus matkustaa Ranskaan.
- Voittajan seurueineen on omalla kustannuksellaan huolehdittava siitä, että heillä on riittävän kattava matka- ja sairausvakuutus matkan ajaksi.
- Matkat kotoa/majapaikasta Suomen lentokentälle ja paluun jälkeen Suomen lentokentältä kotiin/majapaikkaan on voittajan seurueineen itse järjestettävä ja kustannettava. Matkavalmisteluihin tai matkaan liittyvät kulut, joita ei ole erikseen näissä kampanjaehdoissa mainittu palkintoon sisältyviksi, eivät sisälly palkintoon, kuten ateriat, kuljetukset, vakuutukset ja niiden omavastuuosuudet, 500 euron käyttörahan ylittävät menot, oheiskulut, minibaarin käyttö, pyykinpesu, huonepalvelu, puhelut tai muut vastaavat lisäkulut.
- On voittajan ja tämän seurueen vastuulla varmistaa, että he noudattavat ja täyttävät seuraavat matkustusvaatimukset ja -ehdot:
- Varausta ei voi muuttaa (esim. päivämäärä- ja nimimuutokset) ilman, että siitä aiheutuu hallinnointi- ja peruutus- tai muita maksuja. Nämä kustannukset ovat voittajan vastuulla.
- Palkinto on lunastettava kokonaisuudessaan yhdellä kertaa.
- Varauksen jälkeen palkintoon ei voi tehdä muutoksia tai täydennyksiä.
- Ranskan vaatimat rokotukset ja/tai muut terveydelliset toimenpiteet ja asiakirjat on hankittava itse.
- Palkintomatka ei kerrytä lentoyhtiön kanta-asiakaspisteitä.
- Voittajan seurueineen on matkustettava ja majoituttava yhdessä, samoilla lennoilla ja samassa majoituspaikassa. Heillä on oltava voimassa olevat matkustusasiakirjat, kuten passi sekä viisumi, mikäli sellainen tarvitaan.
- Korvausta ei makseta tai vaihtoehtoisia matkajärjestelyjä tarjota, jos voittaja tai hänen seurueensa jäsen myöhästyy meno- tai paluulennolta tai ei läpäise lähtöselvitystä tai turvatarkastusta. Voittaja seurueineen maksaa itse tällaisesta tilanteesta aiheutuvat kustannukset.
- Voittajan seurueineen on noudatettava matkan aikana voimassa olevia rokotus-, testi- ja karanteenivaatimuksia tai muita terveys-, turvallisuus- ja matkustussääntöjä, joita viranomaiset ja matkanjärjestäjät edellyttävät. Voittaja seurueineen vastaa itse tällaisista kustannuksista.
- Voittaja seurueineen sitoutuu matkan aikana noudattamaan paikallisia lakeja ja määräyksiä.
- Järjestäjä tekee oman harkintansa mukaan päätökset palkinnon yksityiskohdista, kuten lentoyhtiöstä ja majoituksesta, riippuen paikka- ja huonevaraustilanteesta. Lähtölentokenttä määräytyy saatavilla olevien lentoyhteyksien mukaan.
- Kampanjan Järjestäjä ei ole korvausvelvollinen mistään matkan aikana aiheutuneista kustannuksista, vahingoista, tapaturmista, katoamisista tai varkauksista.
- Voittajan valinta: Voittaja ja kaksi varavoittajaa arvotaan sattumanvaraisesti kampanjaan kampanja-aikana osallistuneiden henkilöiden joukosta satunnaisnimigeneraattorilla.
- Voittajalle ilmoittaminen ja palkinnon luovuttaminen: Arvonta suoritetaan 7 (seitsemän) päivän kuluessa kampanja-ajan loppumisesta. Voittaja on se osallistuja, jonka nimen satunnaisnimigeneraattori satunnaisesti arpoo ensimmäisenä kaikkien kampanjaan kampanjaehtojen mukaisesti osallistuneiden joukosta. Voittajalle ilmoitetaan sähköpostitse 14.1.2027 mennessä.
- Ellei voittaja vastaa ilmoitukseen 14 (neljäntoista) päivän kuluessa, hän menettää oikeutensa palkintoon, ja varavoittajaan otetaan yhteyttä. Tätä menettelyä jatketaan, kunnes palkinnon saaja on vahvistanut vastaanottavansa palkinnon tai kunnes kumpaankin varavoittajaan on otettu yhteyttä – sen mukaan, kumpi ensin toteutuu.
- Järjestäjä luovuttaa voittajan yhteystiedot matkanjärjestäjälle, joka on suoraan yhteydessä voittajaan lento- ja majoitusvarausten järjestämiseksi. Kampanjan Järjestäjä tarvitsee voittajan pankkiyhteystiedot, jotta käyttöraha voidaan maksaa tämän tilille.
- Voittajan on puhelimitse vahvistettava koko matkaseurueen osalta seuraavat tiedot: etunimi, sukunimi, sähköpostiosoite, passitiedot sekä muut tarvittavat tiedot.
Osallistujan on annettava oikeat, ajantasaiset tiedot osallistuessaan kampanjaan ja lunastaessaan palkinnon. Kampanjan Järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa, jos puutteelliset tai virheelliset tiedot vaikuttavat palkinnon luovuttamiseen.
- Osallistujat vastaavat itse kaikista mahdollisista osallistumiseen liittyvistä kuluista.
- Tietosuoja – osallistujat: Kampanjaosallistumisen yhteydessä antamiasi tietoja, eli nimi ja sähköpostiosoite, käsitellään Järjestäjän tietosuojakäytännön mukaisesti. Lisätietoja: www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/finland-finnish-privacy-policy.
- Tietosuoja – voittaja: Palkinnon vastaanottamista varten pyydettyjä tietoja (nimi, sähköpostiosoite, pankkiyhteystiedot sekä passitiedot), käytetään ainoastaan kampanjan hallinnointiin ja palkinnon luovuttamiseen, ja niitä käsittelevät vain Järjestäjä ja sen valtuuttamat yhteistyökumppanit Järjestäjän tietosuojakäytännön mukaisesti: www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/finland-finnish-privacy-policy. Kampanjan Järjestäjä noudattaa Euroopan yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta (GDPR) sekä sovellettavia tietosuojalakeja. - Mitään joukkoilmoittautumisia, kuten yrityksiä, kuluttajaryhmiä tai kolmansia osapuolia ei hyväksytä osallistujiksi kampanjaan. Mikäli havaitaan, että tätä ehtoa yritetään kiertää esimerkiksi käyttämällä koodia/komentosarjaa (skripti) tai murtoa/väsytyshyökkäystä (brute force), käyttämällä väärennettyä IP-osoitetta henkilöllisyyden salaamiseksi tai mitä tahansa automatisoitua menetelmää oman osallistumismäärän lisäämiseksi vastoin kampanjan ehtoja, tällainen osallistuja hylätään ja hänen mahdollinen voittonsa mitätöidään.
- Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden tarkistaa osallistujan tiedot (myös ikä) kuvallisesta henkilöllisyystodistuksesta ennen palkinnon myöntämistä. Järjestäjä voi kieltäytyä myöntämästä palkintoa tai peruuttaa oikeuden palkintoon, jos sillä on perusteltu syy uskoa, että näitä kampanjaehtoja tai muita tähän kampanjaan liittyviä ohjeita ei ole noudatettu.
- Puutteelliset, laittomat, virheelliset tai kampanja-ajan ulkopuolella lähetetyt taikka näiden ehtojen vastaiset osallistumiset hylätään. Todiste osallistumisen lähettämisestä ei kelpaa todisteeksi osallistumisen saapumisesta perille.
- Jos kampanjaa ei Järjestäjästä riippumattomista syistä voidakaan toteuttaa, Järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa osallistujille tai kolmansille osapuolille velvoitteidensa täyttämättä jättämisestä tai viivästymisistä. Tällaisia kampanjan hallinnoinnin, turvallisuuden, oikeudenmukaisuuden, rehellisyyden tai asianmukaiseen toteuttamisen vaarantavia tilanteita voivat olla esimerkiksi tekninen toimintahäiriö, järjestelmän tahallinen vahingoittaminen, järjestelmään tunkeutuminen tai petos. Tällaisissa tapauksissa Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden harkintansa mukaan (sovellettavan lain puitteissa) tehdä muutoksia kampanjaan tai keskeyttää sen.
- Järjestäjä ei vastaa mistään kampanjaan osallistumisen tai palkinnon vastaanottamisen yhteydessä aiheutuneesta vahingosta, menetyksestä tai loukkaantumisesta. Tämä kohta ei kuitenkaan rajoita Järjestäjän vastuuta seuraavissa tapauksissa: (a) Järjestäjän huolimattomuudesta johtuva kuolema tai henkilövahinko; tai (b) Järjestäjän syyllistyminen petokseen.
- Mikäli Järjestäjästä riippumaton olosuhde tai jokin teko, laiminlyönti tai tapahtuma estää Järjestäjää noudattamasta näitä kampanjaehtoja, ei Järjestäjä vastaa velvoitteidensa täyttämättä jättämisestä tai viivästymisistä.
- Järjestäjä ei vastaa teknisistä tai muista syistä viivästyneistä, puutteellisista tai kadonneista osallistumisista. Järjestäjä ei myöskään vastaa internet- tai viestintäverkkojen ongelmista, kuten esimerkiksi ruuhkautumisista tai teknisistä toimintahäiriöistä.
- Jos jokin kohta näissä ehdoissa todetaan laittomaksi, pätemättömäksi tai täytäntöönpanokelvottomaksi, kyseistä kohtaa ei sovelleta,mutta muut ehdot jäävät voimaan.
- Näihin kampanjaehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia ja ne kuuluvat yksinomaan Suomen tuomioistuinten toimivaltaan.

Det er maks én påmelding per unike kvittering med spesifisert innhold/kjøpsbevis. Hvis en deltaker prøver å melde seg på ved bruk av flere identiteter, eller sender inn en påmelding med den samme kvitteringen med spesifisert innhold eller kjøpsbevis flere ganger, vil de bli diskvalifisert, og eventuelle premier vil bli indratt. Arrangøren forbeholder seg retten til å avgjøre, etter eget og ubegrenset skjønn, hvorvidt en deltaker allerede har sendt inn en påmelding, og å annulere eventuelle senere deltakelser eller rett til premie.

Deltakere bør ta vare på hver av deres originale kvitteringer med spesifisert innhold eller kjøpsbevis siden disse vil være nødvendige for å bekrefte et gevinstkrav. Kvitteringer og kjøpsbevis må være fra før påmeldingstidspunktet og ligge innenfor kampanjeperioden.

Arrangøren forbeholder seg retten til å kontrollere hver enkelt vinner og be om bevis på identitet, alder og adresse, samt å inndra retten til premien dersom det foreligger rimelig grunn til å tro at disse vilkårene og betingelsene er blitt brutt. Arrangøren forbeholder seg også retten, etter eget og ubegrenset skjønn, å diskvalifisere enhver deltaker som:
- Arrangøren har grunn til å tro har brutt noen av disse vilkårene og betingelsene; og/eller
- forstyrrer eller påvirker administreringen, sikkerheten, rettferdigheten, integriteten eller den korrekte gjennomføringen av denne kampanjen; og/eller
- arrangøren har grunn til å tro at vedkommende er involvert i ulovlig eller annen upassende oppførsel som blir ansett for å sette den rettferdige og korrekte gjennomføringen av denne kampanjen i fare.
Arrangøren forbeholder seg også retten til å kreve erstatning eller annen kompensasjon fra en slik overtredelse.

Man kan vinne 1 reise til Frankrike. Premien er en reise til Frankrikes Dordogne-region for fire og inkluderer:
- Tur-retur-flybilletter på økonomiklasse fra Oslo til Bordeaux (kun direkte tjenester).
- Et opphold på 5 netter i en utleiebolig (Gîte, minimum 2 soverom), med egen matlaging (dato og tid for innsjekk og utsjekk vil variere avhengig av hvilke billetter man mottar).
- €500 (fem hundre) i penger til forbruk totalt (for å dekke lunsjer og middager, transport innad i byen) betalt via bankoverføring til vinnerens bankkonto i en norsk bank.
- Valgfritt: Leie av standard mellomstor bil for hele oppholdet med en omfattende reiseforsikring som står i navnet på én i reisefølget (en «Utpekt sjåfør»). Hvis vinneren benytter seg av bilutleien må den utpekte sjåføren av leiebilen ha hatt gyldig førerkort i minst 12 måneder. Den utpekte sjåføren må være over 25 år. Den utpekte sjåføren må ta med seg det opprinnelige førerkortet for å vise det til bilutleiefirmaet, fotokopier vil ikke bli akseptert. Premiene kan ikke byttes, overdras eller refunderes og det finnes ikke noe kontantalternativ, verken helt eller delvis. Premien må aksepteres slik den er tilbudt og kan kun innløses av den navngitte vinneren. Det finnes ikke noen alternativ premie, verken helt eller delvis (med unntak av tilfeller der arrangøren etter eget skjønn anser det som rimelig nødvendig å tilby en alternativ premie).

Reisedatoene fastsettes av arrangøren og må finne sted før 31. desember 2027, og inkluderer ikke reiser i julen, påsken og alle EU-helligdager. Alle datoer tilbys med forbehold om tilgjengelighet. Flyavgangene kan endres uten forvarsel. Arrangøren er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle tapte arrangementer, muligheter eller utgifter som oppstår som følge av avlysninger/forsinkelser av flyavganger eller forsinkelse i bakketransporten.

Vinneren må oppgi foretrukne reisedatoer med minst 6 ukers varsel før avreise, og alle datoer er strengt avhengig av tilgjengelighet.

Pass og visum er premievinnerens ansvar og kostnad. Arrangøren kan ikke holdes ansvarlig hvis premievinneren eller noen i reisefølget ikke klarer å skaffe seg de nødvendige reisedokumentene. Det er vinnerens ansvar å sørge for at de er tilgjengelig for å reise og at passet deres har minst 6 måneders gyldighet fra reisedatoen, visum (om nødvendig) og tillatelse til å reise inn i Frankrike.

Vinneren (og gjestene deres) er ansvarlige for å sørge for at de har en passende og tilstrekkelig reise- og helseforsikring som dekker hele reiseperioden og oppholdet deres i Dordogne i Frankrike, og vil være ansvarlige for kostnadene forbundet med å tegne en slik forsikring.

Det er vinnerens ansvar å ordne egen transport fra hjemmet/oppholdsstedet til avreiseflyplassen i Norge, og tilbake fra ankomstflyplassen ved hjemkomsten. Med mindre det i disse vilkårene og betingelsene uttrykkelig er angitt at utgiftene inngår i en premie, er alle andre utgifter som vinneren og gjestene deres pådrar seg i forkant av eller under reisen, vinnerens og gjestenes eget ansvar, inkludert, men ikke begrenset til, alle andre måltider, transport, forsikring og eventuelle egenandeler, penger til forbruk utover de tildelte €500, ekstrautgifter, minibar, vaskeri, romservice, telefonsamtaler og alle andre tilleggskostnader er ikke inkludert.

Det er vinnerens og gjestene deres ansvar å sørge for at de har oppfylt alle nødvendige reisekrav som beskrevet her:
- Bestillingen kan ikke endres (f.eks. datoer, navn på gjester, osv.) uten at det påløper administrasjons- eller avbestillingsgebyrer for leverandørene for reise og hotell, og/eller for arrangøren. Disse gebyrene må betales av vinneren.
- Alle delene av premien må hentes ut samtidig.
- Når bestillingen er gjennomført kan ikke premien endres eller suppleres.
- Sørg for at alle nødvendige medisinske tiltak (inkludert vaksinasjoner) og all dokumentasjon som gjelder for Frankrike er utført og innhentet.
- Bonuspoeng for flyreise inngår ikke i premien.
- Vinneren og gjestene deres må reise sammen, inkludert reise på samme fly og bo på samme overnattingssted og ha alle nødvendige reisedokumenter, inkludert visum og gyldig pass, hvis og i den grad det er aktuelt.
- Det vil ikke bil tilbudt erstatning eller alternative reiseplaner dersom vinneren og/eller gjestene deres mister avreise- eller returflyet sitt eller ikke oppfyller eventuelle krav til reise av en eller annen grunn. Disse kostnadene påligger utelukkende vinneren og gjestene deres.
- Vinneren og gjestene deres er ansvarlige for å overholde alle helse-, sikkerhets- og reisekrav som gjelder på reisetidspunktet, som kan inkludere vaksinasjoner, testing, karantene eller andre retningslinjer fastsatt av relevante myndigheter eller reiselivsaktører. Eventuelle kostnader i forbindelse med dette må betales av vinneren og reisefølget deres (der det er aktuelt).
- Vinneren og gjestene deres forplikter seg til å overholde alle lokale lover og retningslinjer under oppholdet.

Premieinnholdet, herunder flyselskap og hotell, fastsettes av arrangøren etter eget skjønn. Alle reiser er alltid avhengig av tilgjengelighet og kan være avhengig av bestemte seteklasser hos flyselskapene eller tilgjengelighet for bestemte romkategorier hos en samarbeidspartner innen overnatting. Avreiseflyplass vil være avhengig av tilgjengeligheten på flyreiser til Frankrike.

Arrangøren vil ikke være ansvarlig overfor vinneren eller gjestene deres for eventuelle kostnader, skader, personskader eller tap som vinneren eller gjestene deres måtte pådra seg som følge av reisen til eller deltakelsen på turen.

Utvelgelse av vinner: Vinneren og to reserver vil bli trukket ved loddtrekning ved hjelp av en tilfeldig navngenerator av individer som har sendt inn gyldige påmeldinger innen utløpet av kampanjeperioden.

Varsel til vinneren og utdeling av premien: Trekningen vil finne sted innen 7 (syv) dager etter at kampanjeperioden er avsluttet. Vinneren vil være den første påmeldingen som trekkes ut elektronisk ved loddtrekning blant alle påmeldingene som er riktig innsendt i henhold til disse vilkårene og betingelsene, og vil bli varslet via e-postadressen knyttet til den vinnende påmeldingen senest 14. januar 2027.

Hvis vinneren ikke svarer på varselet innen 14 (fjorten) dager, vil premien gå tapt, og en reservevinner vil bli kontaktet. Prosessen vil fortsette til premien har blitt tildelt, eller begge reservene er kontaktet, avhengig av hva som skjer først.

Arrangøren vil dele vinnerens kontaktopplysninger med samarbeidspartneren sin for reiseplanlegging, som vil ordne alle flyreiser og hotellopphold og ta direkte kontakt med vinneren. Vinneren vil også bli bedt om å oppgi bankopplysningene sine for å motta utbetalingen av penger for forbruk.

Vinneren må bekrefte følgende for seg selv og sine utvalgte gjester: fornavn, etternavn, e-postadresse, passopplysninger og annen nødvendig informasjon for å kunne oppfylle bestillingen via telefonsamtalen med samarbeidspartneren for reiseplanlegging.

Det er deltakerens ansvar å oppgi korrekte, oppdaterte opplysninger når man deltar i kampanjen og skal gjøre krav på en premie. Arrangøren kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for at vinneren ikke oppgir korrekte opplysninger, noe som påvirker utleveringen av premien. Deltakere gjøres oppmerksom på at premien er skattepliktig på grunn av premiens verdi. Vinneren er ansvarlig for betaling og innrapportering av skatten. Arrangøren er ikke ansvarlig for betaling eller innrapportering av skatten. Arrangøren anbefaler at vinneren søker økonomisk rådgivning før vedkommende tar imot premien.

Deltakere gjøres oppmerksom på at premien kan medføre skatteplikt og de bør innhente uavhengig økonomisk rådgivning før de tar imot premien(e). Arrangøren påtar seg ikke noe ansvar for eventuelle skattemessige følger som måtte oppstå ved mottak av en premie. Deltakere er ansvarlige for alle utgifter de pådrar seg i forbindelse med deltakelsen i kampanjen.

Personvern - vinnere: Opplysningene du oppgir for å motta premien, slik som ditt fulle navn, e-postadresse, bankopplysninger og passopplysninger vil bli brukt av arrangøren og dennes representanter som handler på vegne av arrangøren, utelukkende til administrasjon av kampanjen og utdeling av premien, i henhold til vilkårene i arrangørens personvernerklæring. Påmeldinger (både oppsamlede påmeldinger og andre) fra bransjeorganisasjoner, forbrukergrupper eller tredjeparter vil ikke bli akseptert. Hvis det viser seg at en deltaker bruker datamaskin(er) for å omgå dette kravet ved for eksempel å bruke «skript» eller «brute force», skjule identiteten sin ved å manipulere IP-adresser eller bruke andre identiteter enn sin egen, eller andre automatiserte metoder for å øke deltakerens antall i trekningen på en måte som ikke er i samsvar med kampanjens ånd, vil vedkommendes påmelding bli diskvalifisert og eventuelle premier vil bli annulert.

Arrangøren forbeholder seg retten til å kontrollere enhver deltaker, inkludert alder (ved hjelp av gyldig bilde-ID) før tildelingen av en premie, og nekte å tildele premien eller inndra retten til premien dersom det foreligger rimelig grunn til å tro at disse vilkårene og betingelsene, eller eventuelle instruksjoner som inngår i denne kampanjen, er blitt brutt.

Ufullstendige, ulovlige, feiladresserte eller ugyldige påmeldinger, eller påmeldinger som ikke er i samsvar med disse vilkårene og betingelsene vil ikke bli akseptert. Forsendelsesbekreftelse godtas ikke som leveringsbevis.

Dersom kampanjen av en eller annen grunn ikke kan gjennomføres som planlagt på grunn av forhold som ligger utenfor arrangørens kontroll (blant annet, men ikke begrenset til, manipulering, uautorisert inngripen, svindel og teknisk feil) som kan skade eller påvirke gjennomføringen, sikkerheten, rettferdigheten, integriteten eller den korrekte gjennomføringen av denne kampanjen), forbeholder arrangøren seg retten (med forbehold om eventuelle skriftlige instrukser gitt i henhold til gjeldende lovgivning) til å endre eller utsette ethvert relevant element i kampanjen dersom arrangøren finner det nødvendig, uten å pådra seg noe ansvar overfor deltakere eller tredjeparter. Under disse omstendighetene vil ikke arrangøren være ansvarlig for manglende oppfyllelse eller forsinkelse i oppfyllelsen av forpliktelsene sine.

Arrangøren påtar seg ikke noe ansvar for skader, tap eller personskader som en deltaker måtte pådra seg ved å delta i kampanjen eller som følge av mottak av en premie. Ingenting i denne bestemmelsen skal begrense arrangørens ansvar med hensyn til:
- Død eller personskade som skyldes selskapets egen uaktsomhet; eller
- ansvar som følge av arrangørens svindel.

Dersom det inntreffer en handling, en unnlatelse, en hendelse eller en omstendighet som ligger utenfor arrangørens rimelige kontroll, og som hindrer arrangøren å overholde disse vilkårene og betingelsene, vil ikke arrangøren være ansvarlig for manglende oppfyllelse eller forsinkelse i oppfyllelsen av forpliktelsene sine.

Arrangøren påtar seg ikke noe ansvar for påmeldinger som blir forsinket, er ufullstendige eller går tapt på grunn av tekniske årsaker, eller av andre grunner. Arrangøren er ikke ansvarlig for eventuelle problemer knyttet til internett- eller kommunikasjonsnettverk som skyldes trafikkbelastning, tekniske feil eller andre årsaker.

Dersom noen av disse bestemmelsene skulle bli ansett som ulovlige, ugyldige eller på annen måte ikke kan håndheves, skal de(n) skilles ut og slettes fra disse vilkårene og betingelsene, og de gjenværende bestemmelsene skal fortsatt gjelde og forbli i full kraft.

Disse vilkårene og betingelsene er underlagt norsk lov og skal behandles av norske domstoler med eksklusiv jurisdiksjon.
