Full Terms – Finland

Total Prize Pool:
£5,000 NB Re tax: Promoter pays a lottery tax on the value of the prize. In this instance the tax is 30%.

1. Promotion is open to residents of Finland who are aged 18 or over. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter the promotion. Valid bank account in Finland will be required to claim the prize.
2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, including without limitation, advertising agencies, PR, prize suppliers and legal advisors. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled.
3. Purchase is required to enter the promotion. Proof of purchase must be retained.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 1st August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st December 2026.

   To enter: Purchase Green Giant ORIGINAL EXTRA CRISPY 3X160G during the Promotion Period, a "Qualifying Product". Retain the Itemised till receipt or proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product. Then, also during the Promotion Period, scan QR code on pack instore or visit the promotion page on www.100yearsgreengiant.com, select your country of residence from the drop down menu and complete the entry form by providing the following information:

   1. First name;
   2. Last name;
   3. Email address; and
   4. Upload an image of your itemised till receipt or proof of purchase showing purchase of a Qualifying Product.

   Then, submit your entry by (1) consenting to these terms and conditions, (2) acknowledging that your personal data will be processed by the Promoter in order to administer the promotion and (3) clicking the ‘ENTER’ button to be entered into the prize draw.

5. There is a maximum of one entry per unique itemised till receipt/proof of purchase. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same itemised till receipt or proof of purchase more than once, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
6. Entrants should retain each of their original itemised till receipts/proof of purchase as these will be required to validate a winning claim. Receipts/proof of purchase must pre-date the time of entry and be within the Promotion Period.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) the Promoter has reason to believe is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter also reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
8. There is 1 trip to France to be won. The prize is to the Dordogne region of France for four and includes:
   • Return economy flights from Helsinki to Bordeaux (direct services only).
   • 5-night accommodation in a Gîte rental (minimum of 2-bedrooms), self catering basis (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary depending on the tickets received).
   • €500 (five hundred Euro) spending money in total (to cover lunches and dinners, intra-city transport) paid via bank transfer to the winner's bank account held at a Finnish bank.
   • OPTIONAL: Standard mid-size car hire for the duration of the stay with comprehensive travel Insurance In the name of one of the travelling party (the "Designated Driver"). If the winner takes up the car hire then the Designated Driver of the hire car must have held a full valid driving licence for 12 months or more. The Designated Driver must be aged over 25 years. The Designated Driver must take their original license to present to the car hire company, photocopies will not be accepted. The Designated Driver will need a current and valid credit card to collect the car for security deposit purposes and the credit card must be in the name of Designated Driver.

   Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize).

9. Travel dates are set by the Promoter and must take place before 31st December 2027 excluding excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all French bank holidays. All dates are offered subject to availability. Flights schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.
10. The winner will be required to submit preferred dates of travel with at least 6 weeks’ notice before travel and all dates are strictly subject to availability.
11. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their availability to travel and that they have a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport from the date of travel, visa (if required) and right to travel to France.
12. The winner (and their guests) are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in Dordogne, France and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance.
13. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise their own transport from their home/location to the departure airport in Finland and back from the arrival airport upon their return. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winner and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money beyond the €500 provided, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.
14. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements as set out here:
    1. The booking cannot be changed (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for the travel/hotel/event operator. These fees are the responsibility of the winner.
    2. All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time.
    3. Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or supplemented.
    4. Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to France.
    5. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
    6. The winner and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.
    7. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winner and/or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guest.
    8. The winner and guests are responsible for complying with all health, safety, and travel requirements applicable at the time of travel, which may include vaccinations, testing, quarantine, or other protocols mandated by relevant authorities or travel providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable).
15. The winner and their guest agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.
16. Prize elements, including air travel provider and hotel, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the flight availability to France.
17. The Promoter will not be liable to winner or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of travelling to or attending the trip.
18. Winner Selection: The winner and two reserves will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the end of the Promotion Period.
19. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 7 (seven) days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be the first entry electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and will be notified by the email address associated with the winning entry on or before 14th January 2027.
20. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 (fourteen) days, their Prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted. The process will continue until the prize has been awarded, or both reserves have been contacted, whichever comes sooner.
21. The Promoter will share the winner's contact details with its travel partner who will fulfil all flight and hotel accommodation and will liaise directly with the winner. The winner will also be requested to share their bank account details to receive the spending money payment.
22. The winner will be required to confirm their and their selected guests’: first name, last name, email address, passport details and any other necessary information for fulfilment purposes via the telephone call.

    It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on claiming a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winner failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their prize.

23. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the promotion.

The Promoter is bound by the European General Data Protection Regulations and all applicable privacy laws. 26. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrant, including their age (via means of appropriate photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
28. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
29. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to modify or suspend any relevant element of the Promotion as it deems necessary with no liability to entrants or third parties. In these circumstances the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
30. The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of: (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
31. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
32. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any problems associated with internet or communication networks due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
33. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
34. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

5. To enter: Purchase Green Giant ORIGINAL EXTRA CRISPY 3X160G OR Green Giant CRISPNIBLETS 3PACK 3X198G during the Promotion Period, each a "Qualifying Product". Retain the Itemised till receipt or proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product. Then, also during the Promotion Period, scan the QR code on pack instore or visit the website on www.100yearsgreengiant.com, select your country of residence from the drop down menu and complete the entry form by providing the following information:
   1. First name;
   2. Last name;
   3. Email address; and
   4. Upload an image of your itemised till receipt or proof of purchase showing purchase of a Qualifying Product.

   Then, submit your entry by (1) consenting to these terms and conditions, (2) acknowledging that your personal data will be processed by the Promoter in order to administer the promotion and (3) clicking the ‘ENTER’ button to be entered into the prize draw.

6. There is a maximum of one entry per unique itemised till receipt/proof of purchase. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same itemised till receipt or proof of purchase more than once they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
7. Entrants should retain each of their original itemised till receipts/proof of purchase as these will be required to validate a winning claim. Receipts/proof of purchase must pre-date the time of entry and be within the Promotion Period.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) the Promoter has reason to believe is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter also reserves its legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
9. Prize

   There is 1 trip to France to be won. The prize is to the Dordogne region of France for four and includes:

   • Return economy flights from Stockholm to Bordeaux (direct services only).
   • A 5-night accommodation in a Gîte rental (minmimum of 2-bedrooms), self catering basis (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary depending on the tickets received).
   • €500 (five hundred) spending money in total (to cover lunches and dinners, intra-city transport) paid via bank transfer to the winner's bank account held at a Swedish bank.
   • OPTIONAL Standard mid-size car hire for the duration of the stay with comprehensive travel Insurance In the name of one of the travelling party (the "Designated Driver"). If the winner takes up the car hire then the Designated Driver of the hire car must have held a full valid driving licence for 12 months or more. The Designated Driver must be aged over 25 years. The Designated Driver must take their original license to present to the car hire company, photocopies will not be accepted. The Designated Driver will need a current and valid credit card to collect the car for security deposit purposes and the credit card must be in the name of Designated Driver.

   Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize).

10. Travel dates are set by the Promoter and must take place before 31st December 2027 excluding excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all French bank holidays. All dates offered are subject to availability. Flights schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.
11. The winner will be required to submit preferred dates of travel with at least 6 weeks' notice before travel and all dates are strictly subject to availability.
12. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure their availability to travel and that they have a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport from the date of travel, visa (if required) and right to travel to France.
13. The winner (and their guests) are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in Dordogne, France and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance.
14. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise their own transport from their home/location to the departure airport in Sweden and back from the arrival airport upon their return. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include any other costs that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. 
15. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements as set out here:
    1. The booking cannot be changed (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) without incurring administration or cancellation fees for the travel/hotel/event operator. These fees are the responsibility of the winner.
    2. All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time.
    3. Once booked, the prize cannot be changed or supplemented.
    4. Obtaining all necessary medical needs (including immunisations) and documentation, applicable to France.
    5. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
    6. The winner and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.
    7. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winner and/or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guest.
    8. The winner and guests are responsible for complying with all health, safety, and travel requirements applicable at the time of travel, which may include vaccinations, testing, quarantine, or other protocols mandated by relevant authorities or travel providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the winner and their party (where applicable).
16. The winner and their guest agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.
17. Prize elements, including air travel provider and accomodation, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the flight availability to France.
18. The Promoter will not be liable to winner or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of travelling to or attending the trip.
19. Winner Selection: The winner and two reserves will be selected at random using a random name generator of individuals who have submitted valid entries received on or before the end of the Promotion Period.
20. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment: The Prize Draw will take place within 7 (seven) days of the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be the first entry electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and will be notified by email associated with the winning entry on or before 14th January 2027.
21. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 (fourteen) days, their Prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted. The process will continue until the prize has been awarded, or both reserves have been contacted, whichever comes sooner.
22. The Promoter will share the winner's contact details with its travel partner who will fulfil all flight and accommodation and will liaise directly with winner. The winner will also be requested to share their bank account details to receive the spending money payment.
23. The winner will be required to confirm their and their selected guests’: first name, last name, email address, passport details and any other necessary information for fulfilment purposes via the winner notification.
24. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on claiming a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winner failing to supply accurate information which affects delivery of their prize.
25. Privacy - entrants: The details you provide in order to enter the Promotion, namely your full name and email address will be held by the Promoter under the terms of the Promoter’s privacy policy. 26. Privacy - winner: The details you provide in order to receive your prize, namely your name, email address, bank details and passport details, will be used by the Promoter and its agents acting on their behalf for the administration of the promotion and the provision of the prize only and under the terms of the Promoter’s privacy policy: generalmills.com/privacy-security/sweden-swedish-privacy-policy.
27. . The Promoter is bound by the personal data will not be European General Data Protection Regulations and all applicable privacy laws. Prize winners’ used for marketing purposes and not disclosed to third parties except in relation to providing the prize or unless you opt in to receive such marketing communications (and you can opt out at any time). You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, via globalprivacy.generalmills.com/.
28. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrant, including their age (via means of appropriate photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
30. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
31. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to modify or suspend any relevant element of the Promotion as it deems necessary with no liability to entrants or third parties. In these circumstances, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
32. The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of: (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
33. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
34. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any problems associated with internet or communication networks due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
35. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
36. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
